Tesla has provided a first glimpse of its autonomous transporter, the Robovan, although much of the information is still under wraps. While the name is “Robovan”, the vehicle’s size and shape are more reminiscent of a bus. A single sliding side door offers the only entry point to the Robovan.

The interior features rows of seats facing one another, and the cabin has ambient lighting. White walls and expansive glass panels on the sides and roof give the interior an airy feel. The Robovan appears designed to carry passengers, although it can also be adapted for commercial use, such as transporting goods.

The Robovan has compartments for luggage storage. Like the front, the rear section opens up to offer more space.

There’s no information available on the price or expected production timeline for the Tesla Robovan.
