Middletown Township Police are investigating a theft that occurred at Lawn Barn in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, last week. Surveillance video shared by Lawn Barn on their Facebook and YouTube pages shows three individuals wearing hooded sweatshirts and gloves loading lawn equipment into a pickup truck.
The theft took place around 2:44 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11. The video shows the individuals quickly loading Stihl chainsaws, leaf blowers, and other items into a blue or gray Ford F-150, likely an older model between 1997-2004. After loading the truck, the thieves sped away from the business, located on Woodbourne Road near Route 1 and SEPTA’s Woodbourne Regional Rail station.
Lawn Barn is asking residents and businesses in the area to check their surveillance cameras, vehicle dashcams, or home doorbells for footage of the truck between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. on June 11. The information could help police trace the vehicle’s route and identify the thieves. A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible.
