Boynton Beach Crash Causes Significant Damage
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A two-car collision on Hypoluxo Road Saturday afternoon caused a utility van to crash through a duplex, resulting in significant structural damage.
Boynton Beach Fire Rescue arrived on the scene near the 2900 block of Hypoluxo Road around 12:30 p.m. According to firefighters, a sedan collided with the van on the adjacent road, causing the van to careen into the duplex. The impact was so severe that it knocked the garage door from its hinges.
Firefighters were on the scene for three hours. The homeowners reported no injuries, but it’s unclear if anyone in the vehicles was hurt. The collision highlights the potential dangers of multi-vehicle accidents and their unpredictable consequences.
