BERLIN, March 10 (Reuters) – Volkswagen will produce its upcoming €20,000 ($21,636) electric car at its plant in Palmela, Portugal. The announcement was made by the brand chief on Monday, confirming the production location for the affordable EV intended for the European market in 2027.
