Volkswagen Unveils ID. EVERY1 Electric Hatchback Concept
Volkswagen has finally unveiled the ID. EVERY1 electric concept car. The German automaker is aiming to create an electric vehicle that is both modern and affordable.
According to Andreas Mindt, Volkswagen’s design head, the goal was to make something “bold yet accessible.”
Here’s a closer look at what this concept could bring for the future of electric mobility.

Volkswagen ID EVERY1: Key Features
This small electric hatchback concept measures 152.7 inches (3880 millimeters) from front to back. This makes it around 11 inches (280 millimeters) shorter and narrower than the ID.2, which is available internationally. However, no major design changes are expected for the production model’s exterior.
The production model is expected to have features such as front and rear wipers, larger mirrors, parking sensors, and 19-inch wheels. While the interior is also expected to undergo some significant changes for production, with a prominent infotainment system dominating the dashboard.
The ID EVERY1 is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and offers a luggage compartment with a space of 10.7 cubic feet.

Powertrain and Specifications
The ID EVERY1 will be built on the front-wheel-drive MEB platform with a single motor located on the front axle.
It will deliver 95 bhp and a top speed of 130 km/h. While the battery size has not been announced, the automaker is promising a minimum driving range of 250 kilometers.
Expected Launch
Volkswagen plans to launch the ID.2 next year, with the ID EVERY1 expected in 2027.
