VW Graveyard: Hidden Collection of Classic Cars Discovered in Pennsylvania
A Pennsylvania property owner’s passion for rebuilding classic cars has resulted in an astonishing collection of Volkswagen vehicles, as discovered by two YouTubers specializing in exploration of abandoned locations.
The Volkswagen Beetle, an iconic car for decades, holds a surprising history. YouTubers from the channel “Bros Of Decay” recently uncovered a remarkable collection of classic Volkswagen Beetles and other models from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, found on a plot of land in Pennsylvania.

The video, posted on their channel (@BrosOfDecay), showcases the property of a man who purchased the classic cars with the intention of restoring and reselling them.

Lesley, one of the hosts of the channel, explains that the Beetle became the best-selling car thanks to its appealing design and affordability. She stated, “In 1949, the Beetle made its debut in the United States, gaining popularity thanks to its compact design and affordability, priced at a mere $1,600, equivalent to about $12,000 today.”
However, the man’s venture slowed down after competition increased. Lesley noted, “By 1980, the Beetle faced strong competition from Japanese manufacturers in the U.S. market, causing its downfall.”
During their exploration, the YouTubers documented the state of the vehicles.

They were struck by one Beetle’s condition. “This one is still in such good shape,” said Danny.
They also discovered a VW Bus, commenting, “These things are so rare!” Danny also observed that the bus was not completely American.
The pair encountered rainy conditions during the visit.
In the end, the abandoned cars, including VW Buses, Rabbits, and Golfs, represent a slice of automotive history, now hidden away. The graveyard is a testament to the car’s enduring legacy.
