Webber Electrocorp Introduces Webber Care Point for Enhanced EV Support
Webber Electrocorp, a Gurgaon-based electric vehicle (EV) company, has launched Webber Care Point, a comprehensive service network designed to address after-sales support gaps in India’s rapidly growing EV market. The platform, announced on May 30, 2025, alongside the company’s new WBMS-SWLT battery management system, leverages IoT sensors, artificial intelligence, and digital tools to provide diagnostics, repairs, and remote monitoring for electric vehicles.

The Webber Care Point platform operates across multiple EV brands and battery types through certified service hubs staffed by trained technicians. Key features include predictive diagnostics, real-time health reports, on-demand repairs, and annual maintenance contracts for both individual users and fleet operators. Users can book services through a dedicated mobile application, while manufacturers can access customer support tools and battery monitoring through a centralized dashboard.
During its pilot phase, Webber Care Point has established operational hubs in Delhi NCR and Pune, handling over 300 monthly service requests. The platform has garnered a 4.8-star customer rating, with fleet operators reporting up to a 30% reduction in vehicle downtime. Four battery manufacturers have integrated Webber’s certified battery management systems, with over 1,000 users testing the mobile application.
Addressing India’s Growing EV Market Needs
India’s electric vehicle market is projected to grow at an annual rate of 49% through 2030, with expectations of over 3 million EVs on the roads by 2027. This growth encompasses two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and passenger cars across both urban and rural markets. However, traditional service centers often lack the specialized equipment and expertise required for electric vehicle maintenance, particularly for battery health assessments and electronic diagnostics. This deficiency results in extended downtime for users and operational challenges for fleet operators who depend on vehicle availability.
Strategic Expansion Plans
Webber Electrocorp plans to expand its Webber Care Point service across Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, and key pilgrimage routes in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh during its initial phase. By early 2026, the company aims to establish over 100 service hubs nationwide through OEM partnerships and white-label integrations. A subsequent phase targets tier-2 and tier-3 cities through franchise operations, with plans to serve over 15,000 customers.
Innovative Battery Management System
In conjunction with the Webber Care Point launch, Webber Electrocorp introduced the WBMS-SWLT battery management system. This advanced system supports 16-cell configurations and 48-60V platforms, featuring fault detection, thermal alerts, and data logging capabilities that meet AIS-156 Phase II safety standards for the Indian market.
Company Background
Webber Electrocorp was founded in 2019 by Manuj Agrawal, an IIT Kharagpur graduate. The company manufactures battery management systems, motor controllers, and EV chargers from its operational facility in Pune, focusing on reducing India’s dependence on imported EV components.
