A white pickup truck crashed into the Jack in the Box restaurant located on the corner of Santa Rosa and Olive Streets in San Luis Obispo on Sunday, June 15, 2025. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. when the truck jumped the curb and collided with the exterior of the building, according to a post by the San Luis Obispo Police Department on Facebook and Instagram. Fortunately, the driver was not injured in the crash. The San Luis Obispo Police Department initially investigated the cause of the accident and later confirmed that DUI was not suspected.
