Fatal Car Crash on A442 in Shropshire
A woman has died and a man has been injured in a collision between a car and a van on the A442 near Quatt in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. The incident occurred at approximately 15:15 BST on Sunday.
A passing ambulance crew was the first to arrive at the scene and provided initial assistance before additional paramedics and an air ambulance arrived. The West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed that the female passenger was declared dead at the scene. The male driver, who was taken to hospital, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
