KUALA LUMPUR, March 12 – Zeekr, the electric vehicle brand under Geely, has unveiled a teaser for its upcoming 9X SUV. The vehicle is expected to be a premium offering, designed to compete with luxury SUVs like the Range Rover and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
Expected Debut at Shanghai Auto Show
The Zeekr 9X is slated to make its public debut at the Shanghai Auto Show next month. This model is anticipated to be the brand’s first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).
Also known by its codename EX1E, the 9X is a large SUV that carries forward the bold, boxy stylistic details of the Zeekr 009 MPV, which is currently a top luxury model. The provided camouflaged images of the car indicate a unique split vertical headlight configuration.
